In the app
- Open Rise and sign in.
- Tap Profile in the menu at the bottom.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Tap Next, then Delete permanently. You are signed out right away.
Without the app
No longer have the app? Email support@gorise.app from the address you use for your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
Your subscription
What happens to your data
Once your account is deleted you can no longer sign in, and your profile, to do's, goals, gratitude moments, quotes, future me, coach conversations and progress are no longer available. We delete or anonymise this data within 30 days.
We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as records of purchases for our accounting, and use it for nothing else. Backups that still contain your data are overwritten in their normal cycle. The details are in our privacy policy.
